About the role

The Department of Radiology offers a unique opportunity and is seeking a senior-level physician-scientist with interest in leading the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Section.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and interpret clinical nuclear medicine PET and Nuclear Cardiology studies
  • Evaluate and treat radiotheranostic patients with a high level of excellence
  • Lead the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Section as the Section Chief

Requirements

  • WI medical license eligible by start date of position
  • Candidates with an MD degree are required to have completed a radiology residency program with a nuclear medicine fellowship or a nuclear medicine residency and be ABNM or ABR/ABNM certified or board-eligible by start date of position
  • Fellowship training in Molecular Imaging is preferred by start date of position

Qualifications

  • MD, or MD and PhD required by start date
  • PhD in the biomedical sciences or other closely related field of study by start date

Skills

Leadership experience and an interest in leading the section as the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Section Chief.
