MISTAFF is seeking a dedicated educator to fill a full-time position in a K-12 educational setting. This individual will be responsible for supporting students and staff within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Assist in maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
