Secondary Learning Support Teacher (Full-time, 2026/2027 School Year)

About the role

The Secondary Learning Support Teacher will provide academic support to students who struggle with learning and/or performance within the IB continuum framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small group instruction tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement educational plans
• Evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Special Education or Education with Special Education (Learning Support) Certificate/Endorsement
• Minimum of five years of experience in the classroom or with small group instruction of students who struggle with learning and/or performance
• IB continuum school experience preferred
