Job Summary
The University of Mississippi is currently accepting applications for Secondary Assistant Football Coach, level to be determined by scope of relevant experience, to assist in all aspects of the operation of the football program and adherence to NCAA, SEC and institutional rules and regulations.
Job Description
This position will assist in all aspects of the operation of the football program and adherence to NCAA, SEC and institutional rules and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Coach and develop an assigned position group, focusing on fundamentals, technique, and position-specific skills.
- Contribute to weekly game planning, including reviewing opponent film, identifying tendencies, and recommending adjustments.
- Break down and evaluate practice and game film to assess player performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop correction plans.
- Prepare and present position-group meeting materials, including scouting reports, cut ups, and teaching points.
