Second Shift Warehouse Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on leader to manage a group of team members within our Ship Center. This role involves clearly communicating daily goals and individual assignments to the team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily goals and individual work assignments to the team.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to our customers, people, and the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Exhibit basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solutions.
• Ability to provide coaching and direction to associates in accordance with established policies and procedures with a focus on maximizing performance in a safe manner.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Experience using RF devices.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred but not required.
• Experience with Crown equipment preferred but not required.

Pay

$22.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday- Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am
