Key job responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures accurately and consistently.
- Perform assembly of battery build and subassembly.
- Aid in ATP, identifying, documenting, and escalating quality issues, defects, or MRB.
- Communicate effectively across shifts and with Engineering, Quality, and Supervisory teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory.
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated.
- Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc).

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or related production environment
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating process improvement procedures
- Experience creating process documentation
- Experience providing training and mentorship
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles & techniques
