Second Shift - Manufacturing Assembly Technician, Leo Battery

Key job responsibilities

  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures accurately and consistently.
  • Perform assembly of battery build and subassembly.
  • Aid in ATP, identifying, documenting, and escalating quality issues, defects, or MRB.
  • Communicate effectively across shifts and with Engineering, Quality, and Supervisory teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory.
  • Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated.
  • Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc).

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or related production environment
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in creating process improvement procedures
  • Experience creating process documentation
  • Experience providing training and mentorship
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles & techniques
