Second Shift Hourly Manufacturing Position

About the role

Adhere to all Genesis safety guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as any other governing entities. (Including but not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that measurements match order and adjust anything if necessary.
• Inspect products for any defects or damage.
• Use accurate equipment/tools to complete assigned duties.
• Follow work instructions to finish the product according to customer requirements to ensure quality is at or above acceptable standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience.
• Good record of attendance at previous jobs.
• Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus.
• Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always improving.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
