About the role

This elementary teaching position is responsible for the cognitive, emotional and spiritual formation of our second graders. This teacher is expected to provide exceptional instruction in language arts, math, religion, science and social studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional instruction in language arts, math, religion, science and social studies.
• Teach three sections of second graders, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
• Prepare students for the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.

Requirements

• A current elementary Minnesota Teachers License with a foundation in reading instruction.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• A positive attitude and commitment to student growth.
• To be a practicing Catholic who is comfortable sharing his or her faith in the classroom.

Pay

$42,000 - $52,000 starting salary range.
