SECOND GRADE TEACHER ASSISTANT, ST. JOSEPH/ST. ROBERT, WARRINGTON, PA, BUCKS COUNTY

Responsibilities

• Assisting the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities
• Supporting students during lessons, centers, and transitions
• Helping maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
• Supervising students during lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal as needed
• Aiding in classroom preparation, organization, and materials
• Providing individual or small-group support to students

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children (school or childcare setting preferred)
• A patient, positive, and flexible approach to working with students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A commitment to supporting the mission and values of a Catholic school
• A high school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education is preferred
