Job Responsibilities

• Identify barriers to employment and develops solutions in coordination with clients.
• Provide focused services that engage the jobseeker in career readiness activities.
• Perform customer focused case management and career planning to identify barriers to employment and develop solutions for clients by conducting needs assessments, assisting with the development of Individualized Employment Plans, and providing focused services.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all case management services in SCWOS.
• Meet regularly with SCDC staff to plan out schedules, technology, classrooms, and event dates.
• Manage virtual solutions for areas responsible which includes classes, workshops, and case management meetings.
• Work with local areas and Area Directors for planning hiring events and virtual events.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in career counseling or related case management; OR a high school diploma with a minimum of four years of experience providing client centered case management, counseling, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience providing client centered case management, counseling, or a related field, preferred.
