Content:
- Intro about CoStar Group: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes role overview. The "Role Overview" section: description of role. So we can put that under About the role
maybe.
But we have also "Who is CoStar Group?" which is company description. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but we only have limited headings. Could combine company description into About the role section.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: Basic Qualifications.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Could be Qualifications section.
Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications? But we have separate Skills heading optional if content. Could put communication skills etc under Skills.
Benefits: list of benefits under "What's In It For You?" includes compensation, healthcare, etc. Also "We offer generous compensation and performance-based incentives." etc.
Pay: we have compensation range: Base Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 Annual.
Schedule: not mentioned, so we should not include Schedule section.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Remove that.
Also remove "Sponsorship" etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information.

Now we need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: could combine company description + role overview. Or we could have separate sections: About the role (role overview) and maybe a separate "About CoStar Group"? Not in list. So we put company description inside About the role as context.
Thus About the role
with paragraphs: company description and role overview.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities
with - ... each bullet.
Requirements:
Requirements
with basic qualifications list.
Qualifications: Qualifications
with preferred qualifications list.
Skills: maybe we can extract communication skills etc from qualifications? But we already have communication skills in basic qualifications. Could put under Skills. However we already have Requirements and Qualifications; Skills could be separate but we might not need if content overlaps. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we have separate headings allowed; we could include Skills if we have distinct content. Let's see if we have skills not covered: "Excellent verbal and written communication skills", "Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP", "Experience performing technical accounting and reporting research", "Strong understanding of accounting, finance, valuation", "Proven ability to manage multiple priorities", "Self-starter", "Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making", "A track record of commitment". These are more like qualifications/requirements. So we could skip Skills section.
Benefits: Benefits

Also "CoStar Group also invests in your professional and academic growth with internal training and tuition reimbursement." Already covered by tuition reimbursement bullet; but we can keep as separate bullet about internal training.
Also "When you join CoStar Group, you'll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed." Could be a benefit bullet about culture.
