Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
- Manage SEC reporting, disclosures, and compliance requirements
- Research technical accounting matters and new accounting standards
- Mentor and develop reporting team members while driving process improvements
Qualifications
- CPA required
- 6+ years of public accounting and/or public company experience
- SEC reporting and technical accounting expertise
- Strong project management and leadership skills
Pay
$130,000 - $150,000 + 15% bonus
