Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios from your work
• Create technical accounting memos, technical accounting schedules, SEC filings (10-K / 10-Q), footnotes, and disclosures
• Apply new and complex ASC standards to transactions
• Review and compare AI-generated technical outputs
• Ensure standards-accurate conclusions and defensible support
• Provide clear written feedback
• Improve how AI reasons about technical accounting
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team
• Ensure effective communication and progress

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Big 4 or public-company technical accounting / SEC reporting background
• Deep, hands-on ASC exposure (606, 842, 718, 805)
• CPA
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
