Sec Ops Transformation Spec

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of Physical Security operational transformation initiatives across Old National Bank’s (ONB) footprint.
• Manage assigned projects by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Cook with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.
• Aid in vendor coordination activities, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and documentation support.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, operating procedures, and artifacts to support audit and regulatory examination readiness.
• Track project budgets, invoices, and expenditures, escalating variances or risks to the Senior Manager as appropriate.
• Support the integration of Physical Security enhancements.
• Contribute to the development and tracking of key performance and risk indicators related to Physical Security initiatives.
• Sustain Physical Security training, awareness, and change management activities tied to transformation efforts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and risk outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Physical Security, operational transformation, or large-scale infrastructure or technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, process improvement, or operational execution.
• Working knowledge of Physica Security technologies, systems, and regulatory environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP and/or CPP preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
