Overall Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to assemble components to specification.
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality, fit, and finish
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety and ergonomic guidelines.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging, labeling, and shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Adhere to company policies, including attendance, quality, and safety requirements.
Chair Assembly Technician
- Assemble chair components (frames, arms, upholstery attachments, casters, and hardware)
- Perform basic sub-assemblies and assist with final assembly of seating products.
Spring-up Technician
- Install springs and related hardware in seating prototypes and production units with precision.
- Verify correct spring type, placement, tension, and alignment according to design specs.
Packing
- Prepare finished seating products for shipment, including protective wrapping, box assembly, palletization, and labeling.
- Confirm correct product, model, serial/tracking numbers, and destination against packing list.
