About the role

Seasonal Warehouse Packers play a key role in keeping our customers happy: ensuring their orders arrive accurately and on time. Seasonal Warehouse Packers work closely with our year-round Warehouse Packers to collaborate on picking and packing, all while maintaining a high level of quality and care. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

This is a full-time, seasonal position during our busiest season: mid-September through mid-December. Core business hours are from approximately 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, but hours may vary depending on business levels. The ideal start date is Monday, September 28, 2026. The position is expected to continue until December 18, 2026, but the end date is variable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from storage locations, ensuring the correct quantity and items are selected.
• Collaborate with the Fulfillment and Inventory teams to ensure orders are properly packaged and ready for shipment.
• Assist in quality control and inventory management, as needed.

We do our best to mix things up, but this job does include some repetitive motion. Employees should be able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time, walk, stand, bend, and reach overhead. Applicants should be comfortable handling scented products (i.e. coffee, soap, candles, cleaning products).

• Warehouse experience isn't required but is a plus.

Pay

$22 per hour (Missoula).
