Seasonal Warehouse Associate II - 2ND SHIFT

About the Role

The Seasonal Fulfillment Center (FC) Associate II prepares glass parts for distribution to field operation teams, performing a variety of warehousing functions to meet rigorous shipping timelines and ensure customers’ safety on the road.

What You’ll Get

Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Pay: $25.80 per hour base plus shift premium:
• 3 PM – 11 PM: +$1.50 per hour
• 11 PM – 5 AM: +$2.00 per hour

Weekly payday every Friday. Paid training and access to all tools and resources needed for success.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one piece of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker (up to 40 feet height).
• Perform daily warehousing tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Follow all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area through general housekeeping.
• Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with off‑loading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weight limit of 300 lb to operate order picker safely.
• Experience with MHE equipment such as a forklift, order picker, or reach truck.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (seasonal heat or cold) and remain stationary for long shifts.
• Strength to repeatedly move or raise objects up to 35 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb).
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude with a focus on exceptional service.
