About the Role

As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of our distribution process. Your main responsibilities will include safely and accurately handling a high volume of orders, from receiving and stocking new inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 30 lb, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods. You’ll work closely with team members and supervisors, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing materials.
• Picking, packing, and scanning orders for pickup and delivery.
• Processing orders efficiently in a fast‑paced environment; palletizing, labeling, and shrink‑wrapping orders.
• Communicating quality and inventory issues.
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
• Promoting peer‑to‑peer accountability to ensure all team members adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Partnering with management to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work overtime as required to support business needs.
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift, lower, and carry heavy objects up to 30 lb.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate‑controlled.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.

Schedule

Shift: Monday – Friday (some Saturdays). Hours: 6 am – 2:30 pm, with overtime as required. Work type: Seasonal.

Pay

Pay type: Biweekly.
