Seasonal Tractor Trailer Driver

About the role

Casual Tractor Trailer Drivers (referred to as feeder drivers) are part of a strong national team and a key part of UPS operations. They drive a tractor trailer from one UPS location to another—or to a customer on an established route—before returning to their original location, ending the day back home.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer between UPS locations or to customers on established routes.
• Return to original location after each trip.
• Operate well‑maintained trucks.
• Work days, nights and/or weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license in home state.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement may be needed depending on location.
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a love of truck driving.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company‑provided uniform.

• Permanent, full‑time delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days, and contributions to a defined‑benefit pension plan.

Pay

The base pay for this position is $36.00 per hour.

Schedule

Casual tractor trailer drivers work days, nights and/or weekends.
