Qualifications

• No experience required, comprehensive training provided.
• Experience in landscaping, pest control, tree care, or similar outdoor work is a helpful plus, but not required.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with residential clients.

Skills

• Outdoor work experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in an active, outdoor environment.

Pay

• Hourly range: $22.00 - $25.00.
• Starting pay can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
• Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).

Schedule

• Consistent Hours: Steady schedule throughout the busy April–November season.
