About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer operating over 40 full-service supermarkets across the state, dedicated to giving back to the community and delivering exceptional service and value. The company is hiring immediately for part‑time, full‑time, temporary, and regular associates in many stores.

Responsibilities

• Deli: Prepare and cook made‑in‑store items, provide guest service, work in a fast‑paced food‑service environment.
• Center Store Stocker: Keep aisles fully stocked, check expiration dates, maintain shelf organization, and interact with guests.
• Guest Services: Serve as the final point of contact for guests, ensure a positive last impression, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Bakery: Create made‑from‑scratch bakery items, experiment with flavors, shapes, and colors, and use creativity and passion for baking.
• Meat: Work hands‑on with fresh meat products, assist at the service counter, and provide guest service in the meat department.

Requirements

• Experience in food service, cooking, retail, restaurant, chef, fast food, grocery, or customer service is preferred.
• No prior experience is required if you have a passion for guest service, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and seek a great part‑time opportunity.

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.

Pay

• Hourly associates are paid weekly.
• Part‑time store associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays.
• Full‑time store associates receive time‑and‑a‑half on Sundays and select holidays.

Schedule

• Schedules are provided two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability and flexibility.
