At Love’s, our seasonal team members work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places while having friendly faces. They provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers. They may perform various duties depending on business needs so flexibility and teamwork skills are important. No experience? No problem. We will teach you!
Responsibilities
- Provide fast and friendly customer service, including processing transactions and assisting customers with product inquiries.
- Maintain facility cleanliness by cleaning the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products.
- Perform general customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
