Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.

• Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
• Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast paced, high traffic environment.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team.
• Remain calm, clear, and prioritize the customer when things change or challenges come up.
• Be flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed.
• Embrace coaching and change with professionalism, adapting quickly and staying focused on your development.

Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team.
• The ability to multi-task and pivot quickly while working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and are comfortable receiving feedback.
