- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
About the role
Seasonal associates move the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store and prepare for major holidays. The role requires product knowledge, problem-solving, and merchandise skills.
