Seasonal Team Associate
Pay
Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour (actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
About the role
Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays arrive, seasonal associates are ready to support peak operations. This role requires product knowledge, problem-solving, and merchandise skills.
Schedule
Part-time. Available shifts include opening and morning hours.
