Pay

Hourly wage: $16–$29 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:

Annual or quarterly performance incentives
Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Responsibilities

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store, particularly during major holidays. Requires product knowledge, problem-solving, and merchandise skills.
