About the Role

As a Seasonal Tax Preparer in Walmart, you will work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations, assisting clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answering questions from walk-ins. You'll proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees, complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Responsibilities

• Work within a Walmart kiosk location
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills

Requirements

• Resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Enjoys connecting with clients in a high-energy environment
• PTIN Certification: Yes
