Seasonal Tax Preparer in Walmart

About the role

The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and enjoys connecting with clients in a high-energy environment. Seasonal Tax Preparers work within Walmart kiosk locations, assisting clients through one-on-one tax interviews and answering walk-in questions. Proactive engagement with Walmart customers and employees is expected. Training and support are provided, and preparers operate with both team camaraderie and independent autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients
• Answer questions from walk-in customers
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
