Responsibilities

• Bring the Energy: Proactively chat with Walmart shoppers and team members to spread the word about what we do.
• Be the Tax Hero: Sit down one‑on‑one with clients to walk them through their taxes and answer questions from curious walk‑ins.
• Level Up Your Brain: Master our easy‑to‑learn tax preparation training and keep a mindset that's always ready to learn.
• Click & Connect: Use basic computer skills to navigate our systems in a fun, fast‑paced retail environment.
