Position: Seasonal Tax Preparer Location: West End, NC Pay: $30/hour Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Greene Resources is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Prepare federal and state tax returns for individual and business clientsUse Drake Software to prepare, review, and file returnsReview client documents, financial records, and supporting information for accuracy and completenessIdentify applicable deductions, credits, and filing requirementsCommunicate with clients to gather missing information and answer questions about their returnsMaintain accurate, organized, and confidential client recordsMeet filing deadlines during a high-volume tax seasonWork overtime and Saturdays as needed based on client volume Position Requirements Proven, hands-on experience preparing tax returns for both businesses and individualsDrake Software experience strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage a high volume of returns and meet deadlinesProfessional communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle confidential financial information with discretionAvailable to work overtime and potential Saturdays during tax season Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
