About the role

The Seasonal Target Security Specialist (Seasonal TSS) supports a safe and secure work environment for all Target team members, temporary workers, vendors and visitors at a Target supply chain building. Key responsibilities include operating Target-owned vehicles for yard and perimeter patrols, following emergency procedures, and managing the security trailer process.

Responsibilities

  • Execute yard and perimeter patrol routines using Target-owned vehicles
  • Respond to emergencies and follow emergency procedures
  • Manage the security trailer process

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain calm during crisis situations
  • Maintain a valid driver's license for the state employed

Pay

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. Additional compensation may include a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
