About the role

OnTrac, founded in 1986, is the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e‑commerce and product‑supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers. The Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II position is based onsite at 13190 NW 17th St., Miami, FL, and runs from October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. In this role you will oversee recruiting and onboarding functions for assigned regional locations, serve as the primary contact for candidates and new hires, and partner with employees, applicants, recruiters, operations teams, and functional leaders to execute a strategic talent acquisition plan with consistency and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment event support & hiring coordination: lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
• Onboarding execution & compliance processing: manage onboarding processes including background checks, I‑9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of all required documentation.
• HR compliance & recordkeeping: ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards, including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
• Staffing partnership & hiring support: act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
