Seasonal Store Sales Associate, Levi's®, Fashion Outlets of Chicago, Rosemont, IL

About the role

We are looking for an engaging seasonal sales associate to support our store during the busy holiday period. You will report to the Store Manager and work with a dynamic store team, focusing on being consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management
• Provide basic customer service including greeting and general assistance
• Maintain store appearance following visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping procedures
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives of store management
• Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet our needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (e.g., Black Friday)
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable transportation
• Must be at least 16 years old

Pay

Compensation for this role ranges from $13.45 - $22.45 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
