Seasonal Store Advisor, North Premium Outlets
Responsibilities
- Deliver "wow" moments by mastering the fundamentals of our Cloud CX philosophy
- Support the retail function by demonstrating a high-level of performance through service with authenticity
- Respond to fan inquiries and resolve issues positively
- Aid in unpacking, back-stocking, and organizing deliveries to ensure efficient inventory management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to Health & Safety (H&S) standards
- Contribute ideas for in-store events, community engagement, and other activities to boost fan interactions and store presence
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or in a customer service-related field
- An understanding of service excellence, with the ability to engage our fans, address their needs, and provide effective solutions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and fan experiences
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Pay
Typical cash compensation range for this position is $18.75/hr - $20.67/hr. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
