Key Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Accurately count, label, and store inventory in designated stockroom locations.
- Maintain organized and clean stockroom and storage areas at all times.
- Distribute supplies and merchandise to various resort departments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Aid with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies to Purchasing leadership immediately.
- Utilize inventory systems and logs to maintain accurate records.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling, storing, and transporting materials.
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and moving product throughout the resort.
- Support special projects and seasonal inventory needs as assigned by the Purchasing team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old or older to apply.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50+ pounds.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
