About the Role

A Seasonal Stock Associate supports store operations during peak periods by ensuring merchandise moves efficiently from stockroom to sales floor, maintaining organized and clean environments, and supporting the sales team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments and replenish shelves
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Maintain store, stockroom, and sales floor cleanliness and organization
• Support omni-channel requests per company policies through digital tools
• Model company service culture and visual standards
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies, reporting concerns as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Engage in self-development and performance growth
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (16 in EMEA)
• Fluent in local language; basic English preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kg and stand, walk, bend as needed
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Willingness to learn technology and follow safety protocols
