Seasonal Showroom Associate

About the Role

Napa Home & Garden, a dynamic home décor wholesaler headquartered in Norcross, GA, is seeking a driven, energetic team player to join our growing team. We provide sophisticated products for the home, selling to style-conscious retailers via a best-in-class shopping experience. The Seasonal Showroom Associate assists with day-to-day showroom operations, including setups and breakdowns, sales and marketing, event coordination, organization, and customer engagement. This position collaborates with corporate partners to design and craft custom props and displays tailored to enhance the appeal and branding of each market show.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily showroom operations, including opening, closing, and shift change functions to maintain operational standards.
• Provide administrative support, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and food service to representatives and customers during market shows.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Adhere to Napa’s guidelines for setting up and organizing merchandise displays to effectively showcase products.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance at all times.
• Ensure a safe working environment and comply with safety regulations when handling equipment and materials.
• Demonstrate a commitment to Napa’s core values.

Requirements

• A high school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional computer, data entry, and analytic skills; advanced Excel is required.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Physical ability to create displays, including climbing ladders, working on uneven surfaces, bending, squatting, lifting, raising, or lowering objects (upward pulling).
• Carrying, pushing, or pulling boxes, catalogs, sample orders up to 50 lbs.
• Moving props up to 50 lbs. individually or up to 100 lbs. assisted.
