Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Service Professional to join our team. This position involves inspecting and performing pest control treatments for both residential and commercial clients using eco-friendly products. The role requires travel and may lead to full-time employment post-season. Additionally, there is an opportunity for a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient routes individually
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed
• Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest-related issues using integrated pest management strategies
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, and gas card and other job-related items
• Complete all duties required by a pest/mosquito/termite service professional: customer consultation, inspection, eliminate/identify conducive conditions, and proper treatments
• Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services
• Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures

• People Person: Keeps things positive, works well with various personalities, develops strong relationships with frontline team members, and relates well to Sales teams.
• Top Performance: Sets high standards for service quality and route efficiency, works with all levels of team members to improve performance, and trains new hires.
• Technical Expertise: Understands the pest control field and its technical aspects.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain any required state licenses/certifications
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license
• Must pass required background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Skills

• Effective Communication: Works well with team members of any skill level to improve performance and onboard/train new hires.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of the pest control field and the technical aspects of the job.
