Seasonal Service Advisor-Internal

About the role

We are seeking a charismatic and organized Internal Service Advisor to join our RV team. In this key role, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Cook up workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team
• Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards
• Track the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completion
• Aid with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related processes
• Support inventory tracking and maintain accurate service records
• Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delays

Requirements

• Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility with work schedules: including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Problem-solver who takes initiative
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Pass a background and drug test
• Align with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
