About the role

You’ll help bring school instrument rental events to life across your area. Working with our Education Account Managers, you’ll pitch in with event set-up, prep, and checklists—and when families arrive, you’ll be right there to welcome parents and students who are just getting started. You’ll answer questions, help them choose what they need, and complete rentals quickly using simple mobile/tablet tools.

Essential Functions

  • Help set up and break down rental events at schools (tables, signage, and event flow).
  • Load, unload, and move instruments and supplies; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Prep inventory and paperwork before events (tagging, checklists, basic documentation).
  • Greet parents and students, answer questions, and help families get started with the rental process.
  • Use mobile/tablet tools to reserve inventory, complete rentals, and support order fulfillment during events.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with Education Account Managers, teammates, parents, students, and occasionally school staff.
  • Travel to/from assigned prep location(s) and school event location(s) within the assigned marketplace.
  • Complete required training and support other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • A valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance.
  • The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

Preferences

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): fully fluent—able to communicate clearly and confidently with families in both languages during live events (in-person and virtually), including answering questions and resolving issues in real time.
  • Intermediate knowledge of band and orchestral instruments.

Starting at $15/hr depending on background and experience.
