Seasonal Scale Assistant

About the role

This role involves supporting grain and oilseed trading operations through administrative tasks such as balancing statements, generating reports, and assisting with weighing and grading inbound and outbound grain.

You will interact regularly with customers, peers, and management to provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties (balancing statements, generating reports, etc.)
• Support scale operators
• Ensure compliance with safety policies
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment
• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Age 16 or older
• Basic English communication and computer skills

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with advance notice

Pay

$18.50 per hour
