Seasonal Sanitation Operator
About the role
As a Sanitation Operator at Krispy Kreme, you will help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers by cleaning and sanitizing the store interior, parking lot, and surrounding areas. This is an entry‑level, seasonal position that does not require prior experience; we look for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- Sweep all required areas inside and outside the store.
- Mop all required areas inside the store.
- Spray the parking lots and wash shop windows.
- Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms.
- Ensure the customer area is clean and all tables and chairs are sanitized.
- Keep supplies in the stockroom in an orderly fashion.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where teammates can showcase their originality.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- No previous experience required.
Physical Demands
The role requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Employees may be exposed to fluctuating temperatures and noise levels inside the shop, known allergens (including nuts), and the noise of a production/processing area.
