Seasonal Sales Support Associate, Topanga

About the Role

The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique. The position begins in November and runs through December 31st.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide high levels of service to clients: prompt and friendly greeting, offer to assist and answer questions, assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team with the selling process: hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support sales effort; ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, etc.) are stocked at all times; maintain selling floor merchandise standards, straightening, filling in, etc.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas as needed: logging in repairs, contacting clients, maintaining active records.
• Answer phones in a timely manner, exhibiting friendly and appropriate customer service.

Pay

The range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on job, location, and individual experience.
