Seasonal Sales Support Associate, Las Vegas Crystals
About the role
The Hermès Las Vegas Crystals Boutique opened in 2010 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as part of the Central Region. This position will report to a member of the store management team and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast‑paced, luxury environment. The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique. The position begins in November and runs through December 31st.
Responsibilities
- Consistently provide high levels of service to clients: prompt and friendly greeting, offer to assist and answer questions, assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
- Support the sales team with the selling process: hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of the stock room.
- Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support sales effort; ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, etc.) are stocked at all times, maintain selling floor merchandise standards, straightening, filling in, etc.
- Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
- Support After Sales areas as needed: logging in repairs, contacting clients, maintaining active records.
- Answer phones in a timely manner with friendly and appropriate customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay
The range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on job, location, and individual experience.
Schedule
Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate position begins in November and will go through December 31st.
