Seasonal Sales Support Associate, Atlanta

About the Role

The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical support for both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in the Hermès Atlanta Boutique, reporting to store management and working closely with the sales and selling‑support teams to uphold the client experience in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly greetings, offer assistance, answer questions, and help with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, returning items to the floor, retrieving stock, and preparing stock physically.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, etc.) are stocked, maintain merchandise standards, straighten and fill in as needed.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After‑Sales areas: log repairs, contact clients, maintain active records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, appropriate customer service.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to lift between 0‑25 lbs. without assistance.
• Regular in‑person work at a Company‑designated work location is an essential function of this position.
