About the role

This position is responsible for managing the online store inventory and ensuring that all products are accurately listed and categorized.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for restocking needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about product availability and shipping.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualifications

    • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and inventory management software.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
    • Experience with customer service and handling returns.

    Pay

    The base salary for this role is $40,000 per year.

    Schedule

    Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
