About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate supports the store team during peak sales days by providing excellent customer service, participating in store operations, and contributing to sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting additional items.
• Support the shopping environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper merchandising.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, and manage inventory control.
• Avoid and address guest issues, and assist in achieving sales and profit goals.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing personality with strong guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
