About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate supports the store team during peak sales days by providing excellent customer service, participating in store operations, and adhering to GameStop policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting additional items.
• Support the shopping environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper merchandising.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, and managing inventory.
• Achieve sales, profit, and shrinkage goals by collaborating with the store team.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to inventory control and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing personality with strong guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
