Seasonal Sales Associate (Store 4966)

About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate supports the store team during peak sales days by providing outstanding customer service, participating in store operations, and adhering to GameStop policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and promoting additional items.
• Support the shopping environment by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper merchandising.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, and transfer products from the stock room to the selling floor.
• Aid in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals by supporting the store team.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
• Contribute to inventory control and loss prevention efforts through awareness of scams and adherence to safety best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing personality with strong guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively, including bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
