About the role

The Seasonal Sales Associate supports the store team during peak sales days, focusing on sales, store maintenance, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending additional items.
• Support the shopping environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper merchandising.
• Stock and restock merchandise, and assist in transferring products from the stock room to the front of the store.
• Aid in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals, addressing guest questions and concerns, and escalating issues to a store keyholder.
• Contribute to inventory control and loss prevention practices, adhering to safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing personality with strong guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively, using spoken and written English; bilingual skills preferred.
• Reliability and trustworthiness.
